This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability in the HP OpenView Radia Notify application. A successful attack can lead to a buffer overflow and arbitrary remote code execution within the context of the server.
Extended Description
The HP OpenView Client Configuration Manager is prone to a remote authentication-bypass vulnerability due to a design error that results in a lack of authentication. An attacker could exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code on the affected device or to cause denial-of-service conditions.
