This signature detects attempts to use the Microsoft SQL Server Xp_regread command.
Extended Description
If a malicious party uses the xp_regread procedure in a SQL injection attack, an attacker could gather sensitive information from the Windows system registry. This information could enable the attacker to further penetrate the host.
