This signature detects attempts to exploit multiple known vulnerabilities in wordpress WP-Forum plugin. Attackers can submit a maliciously crafted URL to the Web server to view and/or modify the database.
WP-Forum Plugin for WordPress is prone to multiple SQL-injection vulnerabilities because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied data before using it in an SQL query. Exploiting these issues could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database. WP-Forum 1.7.8 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
