TROJAN: Telnet User "w00w00"


This signature detects the password "w00w00" used to log in to a backdoor user account (previously installed on a UNIX host by a Trojan or worm) through Telnet to local server port 23. Attackers can remotely compromise the system.

Extended Description

Once infected, a computer will execute annoying or malicious actions such as automatically open Web browsers to various sites.
