NETBIOS
Network Basic Input Output System (NetBIOS) is an application programming interface that provides networking services. The major services NetBIOS supports are: Name Service, Session Service and Datagram Service. The NetBIOS Name Service usually uses UDP port 137/138, and Session Service usually uses TCP port 139.
