DB: MySQL Login Failed
This signature detects a failed login to a MySQL server. An attacker can be attempting to connect to your database, an administrator might have mistyped or forgotten their password, or a database update script might be misconfigured. Several alerts of this signature can denote a "brute-force" login attempt or a misconfigured script.

Failed logins could indicate an attack is occurring, or that an administrator has forgotten their password or incorrectly configured a script.
